South Island Trout Stalkers operate guided fly-fishing trips based from Queenstown and Glenorchy, South Island New Zealand. Our area is blessed with crystal clear mountain rivers flowing though majestic valleys with scenery that is truly breathtaking. We fish Brown and Rainbow Trout with the emphasis being on stalking and fishing sighted fish.

South Island Trout Stalkers offer day and overnight trips and will tailor make any trip
to suit your plans, whether it be a half day or a 7 day camping fishing expedition.
You tell us your plans and we use our knowledge of the area to put together the
perfect fishing experience.

We access remote rivers by foot, 4WD, jetboat or helicopter.

All the fishing equipment is supplied, although if you have your favourite rod you're welcome
to bring it along.

Our extensive knowledge of the area allows us to make the most of your time and the
fishing conditions to put you amongst the Trout ensuring a fishing experience you will
never forget...

Day trips come with a WARNING: A very early start so we can maximise your time
and give you the best fishing possible.

CAMPOUTS: From NZD $150.00 per person per night in the field, including all food
and camping equipment.

FISHING LICENCE
All people who fish must have a New Zealand Fishing Licence.
(Day licence included with trips, season licence available at extra cost)

mode of access, levels of required comfort and guide to client ratio.
